effect animations and counter move

I noticed the 99999999999999 screen when landing a killing blow was removed and so was the counter. does anyone have a link to the older version?

read the message you get after entering a map with chara, its supossed to appear a message that tells you how to activate it

but since cosmetics are by default, you shouldnt have any trouble if its updated to lastest version
