Awesome mod, it worked great for us on the first try! We found one issue in the final scoring, though: we played with both Artisans of Naqala and Whims of the Sultan, and it seemed that during the final scoring, the Fabulous Cities tiles from Whims get counted twice as much as they should be (in the Camels scoring category). One of us had three Fabulous Cities and the other two, so we should have gotten 45 and 20 points for those respectively according to the rules. But when we counted camels manually, the totals we came up with for those players were 45 and 20 lower than what the mod showed (whereas for the other two players who didn't have Fabulous Cities they were accurate). So we think the game is mistakenly double-counting those.

It's fixed now, thanks for reporting!

Hello @Ramun Flame,

I am reporting the error I have explained before in the comments as I have faced it again.
I have been experience this error when using the Utug Djin. After using its abbility, once I finnish my turn, the turn gets back to me. I am playing in multiplayer, just with the base game. I click on end turn and the turn instead of being passed to the next person, returns to me. I don't get any error message.

I'll do some more tests and see if I can figure out what's wrong. Sorry for all the issues.

@pp.mig

Does it happen every time? I can't seem to replicate the issue. If you would be willing to get into a server with me and help me test, it would be greatly appreciated. It's difficult for me to find a solution when I cannot get it to break on my end.

Big fan of the mod. I noticed an issue with the Enchanting Flute from Artisans, where cancelling the flute after selecting some meeples leaves those meeples in an inconsistent state (seemingly not associated with any tile). Manually unselecting them / moving them back before cancelling the flute avoids the issue. I've replicated this a few times in a multiplayer setup with one seat.

FWIW, when we encountered this in the wild we tried rewinding, but that put the game in a seemingly unplayable state with an incorrect player-to-move and no way to actually transition to the next player (although I suspect that might be a larger TTS issue given the feature's flakiness across mods).

I had it set to reset the meeples, but it looks like I forgot to set a value. It's fixed now, thanks for reporting!

The rewind feature should work, but it's not that stable in general. I wouldn't recommend using it unless you need to. If you do use it and rewinding time once isn't enough, you can try doing it a few times until you get to a stable place. Hopefully it's not needed much though.

Not sure if this is even worth mentioning since it's so unlikely to happen, but refillWhimsCards can hit a nil whimDeckObj if the players conspire to exhaust the deck. The obvious fix of checking for nil avoids the resulting deadlock, but runs into a separate problem with the Whims deck no longer being a "deck" with the same GUID once it's a single card (and thus the last card is never drawn). No idea if this affects the other draw piles.

Yeah, I actually didn't take into account reshuffling the deck for all the decks. I didn't think it was possile to get through them in a regular game, but looks like you ran into it. I'll add a check in the next update. It will be easy, since you don't shuffle the whim discard anyway, so I just won't refill the tiles anymore. Thanks for reporting.

We encountered another bug today where I had both the Iblis and Kandicha djinns in play, landed an Assassin on top of another and tried to kill two Artisans from an opposing player (spending an Elder). Clicking the Artisan seemed to do something (it put the respective message in the log, and made the artisans kinda squish together a bit but without really disappearing) but it didn't really end the action for me. It just kept saying "Choose a meeple to kill" on the screen forever and no matter where I clicked (my opponent's meeples, meeples on the board, etc.) there was no way to get out of that state anymore. I'm not sure if it even really got to that point where I could have killed a second one (there was no way to select Iblis or the Elder I wanted to spend). This is a really rare edge case so I assume something about the scripts of those two djinns might just conflict with each other?

What order did you click things? The way it is supposed to work is if you want to use Iblis you need to click him before selecting any meeples to kill(since if you click one it will kill it right away). When you click him it will spent the elder/fakir then your assassin action can now select 2 meeples. The killing isn't supposed to happen until you select 2.

If you select the artisan first, it should just assassinate it and end your turn action. Looks like you may have clicked the artisan first. Either way, it looks like it bugged out but this seems to be a bug with kandicha and perhaps killing a player meeple. I'll do some testing with both.

If you ever get stuck and it looks like you will have to play manually for the rest, you can try rewinding time to before you got stuck and see if that works. Rewinding time mostly works, but if it breaks you were gonna play manual anyway, so no loss.

Realized now you have a bug thread. Thanks again for the mod, and the timely responses. I'll have to give another go with that Djinn.

Just also re-read the rules, and in solo-play, it says that the djinns have no effect for Yazid. I'm noticing they do have effects in your scripting. For example, it blocks me from assassinating hit meeples.

I saw that, but I kinda assumed it meant they couldn't use the active abilities. Didn't even think about the passive ones. I added solo play, but didn't play it much, so I'm glad someone is getting use out of it. I'll make sure to fix the passive Djinn for Yazid in the next update. Thanks.

I was using this mod to learn the game, set to multiplayer with just me present. I gained Ba'al and it gave me a coin for gaining it, which I don't think should happen.

Yeah, it shouldn't. Looks like that's an interaction I missed. Will have to fix in the next update, thanks for reporting.
