It's fixed now, thanks for reporting!
I am reporting the error I have explained before in the comments as I have faced it again.
I have been experience this error when using the Utug Djin. After using its abbility, once I finnish my turn, the turn gets back to me. I am playing in multiplayer, just with the base game. I click on end turn and the turn instead of being passed to the next person, returns to me. I don't get any error message.
Does it happen every time? I can't seem to replicate the issue. If you would be willing to get into a server with me and help me test, it would be greatly appreciated. It's difficult for me to find a solution when I cannot get it to break on my end.
FWIW, when we encountered this in the wild we tried rewinding, but that put the game in a seemingly unplayable state with an incorrect player-to-move and no way to actually transition to the next player (although I suspect that might be a larger TTS issue given the feature's flakiness across mods).
I had it set to reset the meeples, but it looks like I forgot to set a value. It's fixed now, thanks for reporting!
The rewind feature should work, but it's not that stable in general. I wouldn't recommend using it unless you need to. If you do use it and rewinding time once isn't enough, you can try doing it a few times until you get to a stable place. Hopefully it's not needed much though.
Yeah, I actually didn't take into account reshuffling the deck for all the decks. I didn't think it was possile to get through them in a regular game, but looks like you ran into it. I'll add a check in the next update. It will be easy, since you don't shuffle the whim discard anyway, so I just won't refill the tiles anymore. Thanks for reporting.
What order did you click things? The way it is supposed to work is if you want to use Iblis you need to click him before selecting any meeples to kill(since if you click one it will kill it right away). When you click him it will spent the elder/fakir then your assassin action can now select 2 meeples. The killing isn't supposed to happen until you select 2.
If you select the artisan first, it should just assassinate it and end your turn action. Looks like you may have clicked the artisan first. Either way, it looks like it bugged out but this seems to be a bug with kandicha and perhaps killing a player meeple. I'll do some testing with both.
If you ever get stuck and it looks like you will have to play manually for the rest, you can try rewinding time to before you got stuck and see if that works. Rewinding time mostly works, but if it breaks you were gonna play manual anyway, so no loss.
Just also re-read the rules, and in solo-play, it says that the djinns have no effect for Yazid. I'm noticing they do have effects in your scripting. For example, it blocks me from assassinating hit meeples.

Yeah, it shouldn't. Looks like that's an interaction I missed. Will have to fix in the next update, thanks for reporting.
