How to unlock Pack-a-Punch

Pick up the lever that is behind the counter in the garage;
Pick up the fuse under a car near Double Tap;
Buy the galvaknuckles that can be found above the hatch in the diner;
Fix the generator and hit it with the Galvaknuckles or have Avogadro do it for you.

as also if you don't wanna buy the galvaknuckles, you can use the avogadro to fix the generator when he fires that electric beam

You can get rid of the Avogadro by stabbing him when he is vulnerable or by hitting him twice with the galvaknuckles.

yea it can be really hard for the avogadro to shoot it right but at least for me it worked
