Credits go to EL for finding this and originally posting it under the "Easter Egg Findings" discussion, but I felt it needed to be featured as an actual discussion post for everyone to have access to:
"after completing the main easter egg and you're in night time you'll notice all the small tvs are now on and displaying a symbol, return to the power room and you'll see a green symbol, go around the map and turn the tvs onto the symbol displayed in the power room. TV 1 is in the garage, tv 2 is in the area to the right of jug it's sitting on top of cardboard boxes, tv 3 is by the burning tower near quick revive, also on boxes, and the last tv is to the left of pack-a-punch. then once all 4 tvs show the symbol return to the power room and you'll receive the Raygun Mk 2"

So do you have to do this on the last step of the egg with the bubble or do you have to complete the entire egg first and then go back again to the last step of the egg again to do it or what? I'm confused

You have to complete the egg to the point where the bubble step is done and the summoning key is sitting in front of Pack waiting to be picked up and the map is now in night mode, you then can visit all of the TVs in the map and switch their symbols to the green symbol in the power room, then the same container which held the upgraded mark 2's in Alpha Omega which is underneath the green symbol in the power room will open up, revealing 4 Raygun Mark 2's to be picked up for free by any of the players. (it's possible that there is some kind of upgrade for them but I highly doubt it as even in the trailer for the map it only shows regular Mark 2's coming from the container) Hope this clarifies it for you!
