After thats done There are 3 Electrical "boxes" that need NOVA kills to be turned on
-1 near Double tap
-2 near jugg:jug:
-3 near the Green Tent
Relic should be glowing Blue Now
Pick it up and Run for the STAIRS!
You have to take a Specific route around the Map, You have to follow Blue Barrels, If you are close the Relic Will glow in blue, and the barrel will make a noise! If you get too far or you are slow the Relic will Reset back in diner! (Check around the map)

1 Diner Stairs
2 Garage office
3 Go out garage door and go Right after the trash
4 Go Left At the Truck
5 Go forward to the Tank
6 Go trough tanks and turn right
7 Go left and go foward
8 (HARD) Jumping PAD over to PAP room, last Barrel is on the right.
9 Go to PAP and Start collecting souls
10 Go around the map with the floating Relic,
IT WILL STOP sometimes and you have to collect souls for the Relic, but at end you'll end up at the PAP machine.

OR you go Back to Power room to See the Green Greek Letter. (EE)

You have to interact with 4 Tvs Scattered around the map:
1 In Garage
2 Near Jugg
3 close to the Burning Sniper Tower, on some boxes
4 Left from PAP

Once all the TVs show the Symbol, return to the Power room and Collect Raygun Mk

Do the bells do anything? I hit 3 and each one dinged, and I had a sound effect after the 3rd one

Yes, If you ding 3 Bells, it enables a Button! That button is in the garage and it enables the Insanity mode
