Both are very similar, however, I think the backrooms, because it has mulitple levels and stages making it more interesting

scp 3008 all the way. at least theres a chance of surviving in 3008. in the backrooms its just running and hiding and theres not even a chance of escaping. and the idea of big faction bases in scp 3008 sounds cooler than any base in the backrooms

Exactly. What the creatures are or "if they exist" isn't the point. The fact that you don't see any is what makes it so unnerving. Maybe you look over your shoulder and think you see a blur in the corner of your eye, but the fact you never get anything more is the terror.

yeah its just hallucinations right? the backrooms make you go crazy and insane but in Ikea you have to worry about the workers and stuff but- atleast you have something to build with there at Ikea and at the Backrooms you have nothing so thats a tie!

I don't really understand the question, but I think you mean "Which is better." In that case, I... don't really know. Both are neat, and in my opinion, both are equal.

Both SCP 3008 and Backrooms are very similar in many ways

A SCP and Backrooms crossover would be pretty cool there both very similar.
