Is there a way to download this? i have the Xbox pass Version of the game . It would be nice i can use it there

If you upload it to the Paradox mod section then yeah, it would work because that's how I did it, not sure how they look towards copyright material directly on their site though

Bit late to the party, but a way to download this for non-steam versions of this game would be delightful. If you ever do, a link here would be great as well.
