It’s a beautiful map!
Everything is working fine.
Except one thing.
Citizen won’t move into the dark residential and shopping thing. (Sorry😂)
Only about 50 of them. They Rest is requester to be the bright green and blue. They ignore the dark ones and don’t touch it. Is this wanted or something broken?
Population about 16.000
