How do I make the same lighting as in the examples?

No matter how many examples I tried, I still couldn't achieve the desired effect and high-quality shadows.

I think in the examples the creator messed around with lamp settings and positioned them in a way so it's hard to tell where they are and made the material as clear as possible.

The strawberry has Garry's Mod
