..include other languages instead of making them a sub-mod!? Srsly, it does take only a few minutes to do that, why are some people so lazy...also why did you stop to post changelog in the changenotes - thats what they are for!?

It is proposed to change the value of "Position in council denied (powerful vassal)" from -40 to -25. They do not become council, but they get "minor titles".

Change "court gnome" to "Court jester". Not everyone has gnome characteristics, but everyone can be a jester, so the court gnome position will not be vacant
