Hello, great idea of a mod, may be a little overpowered late game, but...

I have a couple of suggestions to restrict it a little based on stats and traits. After all your mod represent self-improvement of a character passively, over time, so let's jump from here(or jump out if you think it's unnecessary).

For starters - classic lazy/diligent can be major multiplier.
For seconds - basic level matters, if you are terrible at something you will probably not improve with it until you target it actively. So exp only after some lvl in Stat.
Desserts(at your own risk, may double the size of a code) - you can actually expand to all traits and even tenets, if you really want to. Example 1 - possessed, gain only one type of exp, but x1-7 at random. Example 2 - veneration of ancestors tenet gives very little multiplier in all ways, but that undressing tenet... Ugh, gives fertility and disable self-improvement.

Possibilities are endless!
