P2P Hero Compatibility?
I currently use the reuploaded version of P2P Hero, and I want to switch to UWD but I'm concerned that my friends will have to redownload all of my mods. What does switching to this mod instead entail?

P2P Hero sends every mounted workshop addon while UWD selects what's really needed, that's the main difference. The files won't be downloaded again.
