Plan on trying again with a more mainstream faction once I forget how horribly slow this mod is.
depend on settings when you start new game
by time (cca when??) or by tech (name??)
Found a workaround. Wouldnt let me manually send ships to the new lane that opened, but if I selected a science ship and click auto explore it would let the science ship go. After the science ship explored this new spot then everything worked fine afterwards.
There seems to be an oversight of the hyperlane that you cannot see well due to the Utegetu Nebula since it does reduce visibility of anything inside of it, but also because of hyperlane overlap somewhat.
Here are the screenshots and where to go to progress to the rest of the galaxy.
If you don't want to look at screenshots then go to the star "CZ-198" and you should see what I'm talking about. You should also be able to see the sign to the "Unknown" star inside the system view overlapped with Tenupe

I also love that I was able to use those initial 100 years to build up my Ascendency in peace.
edit: ok, now that is weird. in my SaveGame the Path between "CZ-198" and "Tenupe" is not available, rather, "Tenupe" does not even exist... so my SaveGame is definitive bugged. -.-
