2 bugs

Hi there - again: Great work!

2 smaller things:
- The GUI for Goverment reads Religion
- We had a bug where one player couldnt increase his VP anymore beyond 102 - whenever he tried, it wouldnt count - if we set it manually, it would reset to the exact number under 100 (so 182 became 82). No idea what that was...

Thanks. I’ve been working on expansions. I’ll check this tomorrow.

Fixed the bugs. I also added expansions, but not the scripted setup.

Scripted setup was completed earlier this year.
