I think you go a little too hard on the wrinkles.
This skin would be perfect if it were just smoothed out, playing as a walking prune just isn't that aesthetically pleasing.

don't completely smooth it out.
Just reduce it by a bit.

Maybe a reduction would be good, but for the most part, that's just how the sentient's look

I'd just smooth out the grey OR red areas Or white areas, or just see some reduction overall, and see how it looks from there. Sentients certainly have some wrinkles, but this does seem a bit excessive here, or next to Limbo Deluxe
