When will the Lunar Panels work properly??

This bug has been present since day one of the modpack, and has been easily fixed by others. Why is it not yet part of this officially endorsed pack? A crucial feature and mechanic of the Solar expansion is not present! Please let us who don't know how to code properly play the mod

I would like to know if this is fixed as well. I want to play with mods but don't want to buy this if It won't work
