Worked fine before now only works single player

how do I unban someone

when trying to ban a chat abuser, i aaccidetly banned myself, now i am unable to join my own server

It works but not online.

i banned to me for fail, idk how to unban to me, this is !unban_(name player)? Pls

Here:

To un-ban a player you'll have to manually delete their Steam ID from the banned.txt file. The file is located in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\ems\admin system."
