Oh and btw, this map is the first time ive been this into zombies since GK. Amazing job!

i have had it as early as round 9

From what i can tell, he only spawns in the command center where quick revive is. If youre not there when the round actually begins, it seems like he doesn't spawn. Don't know if its true or not but that's the pattern ive noticed. Earliest ive had him was round 10.

I stood in the spawn room from round 9 to round 21 ... he never spawned. Not sure if it's a bug, or just a really annoying map.

Okay so I was having this issue it was round 21 i think and it hadnt spawned yet. tried starting the round in the spawn room and it worked, but it didnt drop the part or kinda he despawned because i couldnt find him because he teleported me away, so i noticed i was able to pick something else up around the table that was floating when i first got in the room(blends in really well). after i picked it up it was the gun part so if your trying to get the part and he hasnt spawned in try walking around the table. it could be in that walkway and he might have already spawned and despawened. hope this helps
