The mod isn't in the folder because it compiled into a .dll, i guess for saving space.

I'll give you the directory for the mod.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1118200
That is where all the mods/ contraptions you subscribed to.
It will say some random numbers.

There is an easier way, get in the game, and in the main menu you see "mods", click there and it will show every mod that is active and inactive.

my lightsabers work here are suggestions:
be on the latest version of ppg.
dont subscribe, do it manually (instructions are on front page)
enable the mod
turn bloom on
summon a saber and press f on it to activate

BAM you should be fixed
