Does this mod support TTT2?
Im just wondering if this mod allows TTT2, as me and my friends prefer that version. If not, is there a way to try to change it to that version?

No, sorry. It has been looked into in the past by several others, but as far as I'm aware, TTT2 is very different on the backend and this addon would almost certainly break spectacularly if you tried to get it to run with TTT2. Development on this addon has essentially ceased, as s&box (GMOD 2) is in development with the Source 2 engine and as such will hopefully have incredible native VR support. Sorry for the disappointment!
