A: If the mod doesn't modify provinces, yes.

A: I don't know but me and the creator of scandinavian ideas are working together to integrate the two mods

A: NO, any mod that modifies the map are ironman compatible.

A: You need to be a Finno-Ugric country, i recommend that you uses finland for this.

A: Yes, i'm planning new provinces in the northern europe, for example, i will split faroe islands in three provinces.
