the building between the City and Coastal fort, inside there is a box that keeps dissapearing and appearing

I encounter this error:
Error Vertex File for 'props_wasteland/exterior_fence002c.mdl' checksum -1193054033 should be -136092639
once per frame, most of the time.
I guess it stand together with one of the fences at the gate of the base at the water.

door are invisible in the city area

Some window (base and city), the house on the river and some other thing are invisible for me
