You also have to interact with all four stones twice; once in the "dark world" and once in the "light world".
Once you've done that, I've found what seems to be the beginning of the next series of steps.
There are two (possibly more) floating, flaming and shootable rocks(?), outside of the map, in the dark world. The first can be found outside of spawn, opposite of the mystery box. The second can be found if you are standing above the portal to PaP, looking out of the window.
EDIT: I found a third rock(?). Standing in the Mule Kick room, looking out of the window opposite of the Mule Kick machine, it will be slightly to the left.
Once you've shot all three, you can access the boss fight. To do so, go back to spawn, interact with the alter and finish the round. Once you activate it, you cannot leave, so make sure you've got your perks. You are provided with max ammo drops throughout the fight. From what I can tell, to defeat it, you just need to put as much damage into it as you can, while avoiding zombies. Aim for the center and you should be good.
After that, interact with the alter one more time to finish the Easter Egg.
I also want to note that the revive soda area wasn't spawn in my game. I spawned at Speed cola.
yes there are two spawn locations there is one by speed cola and one by quick revive u could spawn at either one
