Ah, i found 1 of them, its underneath the alchemy table in the basement, and opens up the passage i found with noclip

i know a secret passge in Entering Hall behind the statue, its rather hard to miss cause this statue has its own room

i found passage next child room, under snowberry

and in library in one of closeths

as you can see in one of the videos theres a library with another room insidide of it. so look at all the books possibly. maby ones a lever?

I assume you have to own the place before you have access to any rooms and passages? I don't own it yet but I only have access to the entrance hall and any open rooms without doors while all the other doors won't open

You just have to save or autpsave and reload it. It's that simple I can here looking for that same answer. next time you load your game it should start working and you should be able to talk to the guy.

that passage loops around and will put you on the second floor of the entrance hall

There is one in the dungeon, there is a lever behind the bars that are above and behind the shelves next to the alchemy table. You have to climb on top of the shelves to reach it.

Easiest way to find secret passages is to walk around without collision (using "tcl" in the console), that way you can walk behind walls and see rooms from the outside.
