Report a translation problem
Without a screenshot it is difficult to localize the problem. The AOB is not determined by the TDC. It is set and follows the UZO/Periscope if the TDC is locked for this.
Maybe you can upload screenshots.
Cheers Ruby
Does this bug appears when AOB is close to 180, or more precisely when (due to bearing) it crosses 180 degrees?
make screenshots with F12 and via Steam you can upload the screenshots. Post the links here.
Cheers Ruby
there you go. Hopefully you can provide some answers
I cannot find your screenshots.
Cheers Ruby
found, thanks.

We will analyze it.
Is the dial "own course" (Lage Feinanzeige) activated?
Cheers Ruby
Thanks again for your screenshots. Everything looks correct, I can't find any mistakes.
You locked the AOB with the bearing. "Own course" ist not so important for this example. (Parallel course)
Screenshot 1 "AOB inserted TDC"
--> Bearing 285°, AOB 87°

Screenshot 2 "AOB after another 3 min interval is way off"
--> Bearing 257°, AOB 60°

At the first measurement (screen 1) your bearing is 285°. You are still behind the ship with your sub. The AOB can't really be 87°. But that is not your problem.
The problem is, you pass the ship and your bearing is in screen 2 only 257°.
This is exactly the deviation AOB 87° to 60°. (27/28°)
You have passed the ship and therefore the AOB is reduced.
When you reached 285° bearing again ( slow or stop the boat), AOB will be 87° again.
