Doesn't work on 2.6.2.0
Clear install, although yo-ho-ho edition. Launcher does see it, no errors. Other mods are off.

How doesn't it work?
Try to seek for the steam workshop folder and install it localy

it is installed locally. I dunno, just doesn't add more points.

I am having the same problem with the LITE version. Hatcher, can you tell me what your conflict was? I may have the same issue.

Your problem is probably from incompatibility with other mods...

Did you try to deactivate all mods but this one?

I completely forgot I had the Alternate Ethics/Civics mod up (very popular mod!), which obviously contradicts this mod. No biggie! i just went in and edited the files and gave everyone an extra civic point.

I'm just dumb. I did add mods in "my documents", but there were issues with mod folder paths. Also, path to destination folder had russian letters, and paradox launcher, apparently, can't read those.
