The mod isn't updated to 1.30 yet, it's a pretty big update and mods need to change a decent number of things to get it working. The goal was today, so I'd expect it in the next few days if it isn't updated today.

In the meantime you can roll back the game to 1.29

There was a major under the hood change that PDX did in 1.30 that limits the number of tags in the game. Until that change gets removed or the maximum tags get moved to defines so that mod makers can edit the tag limit this and many other mods will remain broken.

There is a thread about this tag limit on the PDX forums. I'd recommend going there to make noise as it really needs to be fixed.
