Hi. I haven't yet played this mod nor I have it, but I saw a friend playing and it looks amazing. The in-depth is way more interesting than Yet I'm portuguese and accidentally you created a small discussion due the name of the Algarve regions of Portugal... That my friend thought you were right and I was wrong xD


The typo I found:
Sotavio doesn't exist (nor it means anything). The correct name would be "Sotavento" (which means Leeward or Downwind)

Barlavento and Sotavento (Windward and Leeward) are representative names of the regions of west and east of Algarve due to a meteorological phenomenon of that area. Due to the Azores anticyclone the wind tends to blow from west to east everyday. Commoners (mainly fishermen) started to use wind direction as points of reference instead of cardinal directions. With centuries the names were adopted to the regions (similar to what happened in Cape Verde Islands)
