may or may not be this mod, but head-crab models have been changed even though i don't have any replacement addons
when ever i spawn in a combine soldier or shot-gunner, it's replaced with a alyx model but with no textures. same can be said with the head-crabs. however, there are not texture problems with the crabs. i do not have them installed, but i may have installed them a long time ago. it does not work for single player how ever.
