That said, I think waterfowl 1 and waterfowl 2 have anti-synergy due to waterfowl 2 decreasing the time you can spend on the water which means you'll catch less fish. Love waterfowl 1, would always skip 2 in the current state.
30% speed for 50% time on the water is imo not a good trade, especially when you consider that you're spending a skill point. I'm not sure this perk needs a downside at all. If 30% speed is too much on water, I'd just reduce the magnitude.
Whirlstorm seems too situational to compete with even other spin perks.
Migratory Moose-ment is a really nice skill for your base nest, I can't see a scenario where I don't take it for the convenience factor.
I haven't fully explored the strats with triggering lightning with luxury fans vs just using telelocator. If you can shave feathers for the vest and get poor man's volt goat jelly and the speed boost it seems pretty good for damage.
Nester investor is really interesting to get azure feathers out of season and easy access to grass/twigs as you're exploring around, and getting down feathers early is really nice too.
I'll need to spend more time to really get a good feel for the balancing, but overall I see a fun character getting some really nice depth.
1. I think it would be great if Migratory Moose-ment and Galvanic Goosery - skills have synergy. Something like equipping Migratory Mantle increases range of "migration" so you can go back even if you far far away. Or remove range completely with mantle, but extra range consumes it's durability depends of the range
2. I wish at least one skill (maybe addition for Birds of a feather II or new one separate skill which would call "Mother woose" or "Flock favorite") which makes all kinds of birds neutral to her. It would be useful for not scare regular birds away, like Robin's, crows, turkeys and etc, safely wander around tallbirds (unless you grab egg) and not be attacked by lunar penguills on said island
For spawning with console; c_spawn("moonstorm_static_item")
I really liked this mod.
