Alternative Launch Methods
Make sure that everything downloaded correctly before you try these methods. Check if "Eternal Damnation (Launcher)" appears in Workshop menu in-game.

Workshop ERROR Solution:
Using the methods below migt cause a workshop ERROR to appear at some piont, but don't worry it most likely means that I've updated the mod and game can't update its files because it's currently running. If it ever happens just launch the vanilla game and wait for the update to download.

Quick Method:
1) Go to POSTAL 2 files directory and open WorkshopContent folder.
2) Find a folder 2006427295 and Play Eternal Damnation.bat file inside it.
3) Make a shortcut to it on your desktop and done. Use it to start the game.

Steam Edit:
1) If you have Steam Edit I assume you konw more or less how it works.
2) Use Edit Launch option and Add New
3) Setup the config like this:

Executable:
System\Postal2.exe
Arguments:
-INI=..\\WorkshopContent\\2006427295\\EDWorkshopGame.ini -USERINI=..\\WorkshopContent\\2006427295\\EDWorkshopUser.ini
Working Dir:
System

Non-Steam Game Method:
1) Create a new "non-steam" game shortcut in your steam library for POSTAL 2
2) Right click on your new shortcut in steam library, go to Properties,
click Set Launch Options and there add this config.
-INI=..\\WorkshopContent\\2006427295\\EDWorkshopGame.ini -USERINI=..\\WorkshopContent\\2006427295\\EDWorkshopUser.ini
(You can actually skip the first step and just add this config into regular POSTAL 2 in your libaray but you'd have to remove/add the config every time you wnat to switch between P2 and ED.)

Hi there !

I don’t see it from the ingame’s workshop menu.
I tried the bat file directly but windows tells me it doesn’t find Postal2.exe
I downloaded the mod directly from ModDb, I get an error message :

[…]
POSTAL 2 Build Oct 2 2020 18:29:34
[…]
Unable to load Entry. Your installation of POSTAL 2 may be corrupt.
Can't find file for package 'Zo_Skies'
[…]
History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

Is there a specific place I have to install into ?
I want to play ! x)

It needs to be inside POSTAL2Complete folder ( https://imgur.com/a/iBZUZ5k ), also are you using Windows? If you are on Linux you'll need Wine to play it.

Thanks for your answer !

Yes, windows. When putting the mod in the game’s folder directly, I get another error message : […] Can't find 'intALevelInfoexecIsSteamDeck' in 'Engine.dll' […]

Though ! The first way totally works ! I’m just blind, I was looking for it in the available maps box, while it's in the game mode drop-down... =/ lol Nice !

Odsubskrybuj, w opcjach gry użyj opcji Purge Workshop (w spolszconej wersji bodajże Czyść Warsztat) i zasubskrybuj ponowonie, albo najlepiej po prostu pobierz moda z ModDB.
