TROM Warlords [ AI / Difficulty submod for TROM Overhaul]

Additional changes not explained in mod desc
1. What this mod changes :
- AI behaviour (to complete different sight)
- AI expansion mechanism
- AI aggressiveness to nearby factions(not only player)
- AI diplomatic value change

- AI GDP
- AI Base Income
- AI Money effectiveness (new unit recruit, upkeep, building cost etc..)
- AI army strength (gives rank for new recruit)

- Player's diplomatic value and threat mechanism
- Deleted many Anti-Player mechanism (they will attack you if you are threat)

etc.

2. What new version of warlords changed
+ Cao Sung's death will make Cao Cao declare war on Tao Qian (192, Fall)
+ If you becomes the Emperor/King(if you are governer faction), the AI factions will confederate to make big faction against strongest. (so there will be 3~4 Big Factions on map) You can turn on/off this event on new campaign start.(event message will show up)
+ every AI difficulty buff things went into script (potential, nemesis systems). now Hebei(yuanshao/gongsunzan) 's ruler, dongzhuo / mateng will be randomly selected for strong faction.

+ AI Liu Bei will start in Shu
+ Player Liu Bei can choose to start in Shu or just begin in Xu like vanilla.
If you go to Shu, Liu Yan / Jia long will get buff, and mid-late game event will be activated on conditions. (Cao Cao's conquer of Hebei or Yuan Shao/Gongsun's Henam conquer.

+ If you play as Cao Cao, your neighbor will get bonus and lands. you will get hard fight against Tao Qian , and Kong Zhou
