So...I had been using 00 Infinite Stellaris framework for a long time, it has been working fine until few days ago, the launcher says its not present on disk, so I unsubscribe and subscribe again many times, but still doesn't work.
So I try unsubscribe all mods and uninstall stellaris too
After I reinstall Stellaris and all the mods, the launcher still says its not present on disk.

All other mods works fine, but just the 00 Infinite Stellaris framework doesn't works and present on disk.
It does show up in the launcher but whenever I reload mods it just says not represent on disk
But if I don't reload the mods it still shows up but doesn't work in the game

So I check the files, first I went to
my steam library > steamapps > workshop > contents > 281990
And the mod was there, it does unsubscribe and subscribe the mod

Then I went to User > Documents > Paradox Interactive > Stellaris > mod
And here is the problems, all ugc_ files for other mods shows up, but only the 00 Infinite Stellaris framework are missing.

Is a long question but if anyone could help please reply
Or maybe even consider giving a copy of their ugc_ files plz
