how to arm the LEGACY bombs?
i dont know how to use them i tried alt+e nothing is working

If you go to the legacy misc. tab, spawn in the fuzing equipment box and press E on it. It should give you fuzes that you can use on some of the legacy explosives to arm them by just pressing E.

when i use the fuzing gear it sets bombs to proximity and not impact

Kupie, you will have to clarify what "exploder" means, I have no idea what exactly you are referring to.

C-Span, all the fuzing gear does is arm the bomb. The bombs, when armed, have different presets for how they will work. (E.G. the HE and HEAT bombs explode on impact when armed, while the fragmentation, incendiary, and thermobaric bomb use a proximity fuse, the cluster bomb blows up with free fall time).
