You'll have to attach every resource entity together then click on one to build. If you mean workbench wise, you'll have to stick resources carefully in the shelf and in all areas around it to craft something. Tedious I know, hopefully they'll improve this soon.

So I'm tryna build a package object, so I spawn a parts kit, select package object from the build kit menu, left click the box, it turns into the EZ parts crate, do some stuff to it, then it changes back, no package, and I have wasted 25 parts

To package something up, you have to have the parts crate near you, then click on something ELSE to pack that up.

no no no. You seriously don't need to do this. Just have everything close to eachother.

how do i savage?

i think it was you have to hold alt then hold left or right click (im not sure) if it says not enough parts or so then try the other button (start holding alt then hold one of the button)
