A disclaimer first and foremost, as the mods are pretty beefy, sometimes download failure happens, much like Revelations and Community Remix Remixed. You might need to redownload things to ensure that it gets in right, and once it is in, don't immediately jump into a run, as some things might not load in properly. If you just turn off the game and turn it back on, it should work, so keep that in mind.
