Eternal Empire Manual
The Eternal Planets

Teleiopolis: (Constructed by planetary Decision), perfect harmony of dense populated cities and nature. Has its own spcial districts which generate virtue, amneties or housing.

Eternal Ringworld: (Constructed by using the Cosmic Ring Megastructure around a Ringworld which is constructed normally). Economical Powerhouse, offers plenty of production opportunities for cosmic Energy and Alloys.

Kosmopolis: Similar to the eternal ringworld. (constructed by a megastructure over a normal planet, requires path of the mechanist ascensionperks).

Gift of Eternos: A Psionic realm, which focusses on unity and virtue, can be terraformed or constructd as a Megastrucutre. (requires path of eternos ascensionperks)

Paths to Ascension:

Eternal Empires can go two ascensionpaths: "The path of Eternos" and the "Path of the Mechanist". As the eternal empire grows familiar with this universe it can freely decide what it wants to focus on.

The path of the Mechanist
consists of two ascensionperks which are focussed around the construction of Megastructures: "Path of the Mechanist" and "Rise of the Mechanist". Both perks unlock the complete potential of said path and allow acess to all megastructures where the most important ones will be explained later.

The path of Eternos
consists of two ascensionperks as well, which are focussed on psionic power the eternal empire draws from the eternal realms. Taking this path will allow the terraformation of barren planets and grants acess to new planet types which are themed around the psionic power. Furthermore they shift the eternal economy towards an economy which is based around unity and virtue, to represent the psionic power and the effort it needs to "think" things into existance. To unlock the full potential of that path, one must take "Path of Eternos" and "Eternal Transcendence" ascensionperk. What will unlock new buildings and new jobs which will be explained later.

One can also take both paths,
with the backdraw that the pop upkeep, which will be removed by the path of eternos is brought back in exchange for the ability to construct all the megastructures as well.

Cosmic Matter and how it is Acquired

Cosmic Matter is the rarest of rare ressources. It is extremly powerful and hard to acquire. While the EE has a base income of 5, one naturally wants to acquire more. Cosmic Matter can only be generated once, the EE decided for one or both Ascensionpaths.

Cosmic Matter and the Path of the Mechanist:
Following Megastructures allow the generation of Cosmic Matter:
Astropolis: Generates an Astropolis planet type which allows special districts for cosmic matter generation.
Phi Sphere: The Phi sphere must be built like a dyson sphere around the "Phi Singularity" it is pretty simple and generates some cosmic matter. "Phi Singuliarity" is constructed by the same named megastructure.

Cosmic Matter and the Path of Eternos:
Following Buildings and Structures allow the production of Cosmic Matter if the path of Eternos has been chosen:
Megastructure: "Gift of Eternos". Generates Cosmic Matter passively and allows a huge amount of inhabitants.
Building: Nexus of Eternity. Generates the Psiomancer Job, which creates cosmic matter in exchange for virtue and Unity.

Beside the paths there are also ascensionperks like "Cosmic Matter Acquisition" to boost the production. Cosmic matter is used for components and special powerful buildings and ambitions.

New EE subject types added:
"Pacified Auxiliary"
"A pacified nation, forced to remain in peace due to its overlords demands. They are allowed to expand and must join wars of their overlord. However they must pay 25% of their influence and 75% of their alloys to their overlord."
"Dynamis"
"A blessed and guided nation, perhaps on the brink of ascension? They are almost independent and only need to pay 25% of their Unity to their overload. However they receive great boons from their overlord." "Restricted Sorveignity" "A poor country, forced to stagnate and be the playball for another empire due to the sins of its past. It is allowed to expand, cannot lead independent diplomacy must sacrifice all of their dark matter, 90% of their unity and research, 25% of their energy and minerals, 50% of their Influence."
"Eternal Dominion"
"A neutral form of Vassal where almost no payments need to be done while they receive minor support from their overlord. They are forced to join their overlord in times of war"

Due to the way how Diplomatic actions are Hardcoded the demands will work a bit different in diplomacy view. The vassal will automatically become an EE vassal
Thrall = "Restricted Sorveignity"
Dominion = "Eternal Dominion"
Sattellite = "Dynamis"
Signatory = "Pacified Auxiliary"
