When in the room for Jugg/Panel for power, go behind the desk with the water fountain and look at the desk. There you will find your key card.

In my game it isn't there?

There are many locations the keycard can spawn. Turning off the flashlight can help find it.
(It flashes a white light that is easier to see in the darkness)

The other spawn for the key card is near widows wine. go down the hallway to widows wine then take a right, on the right there is a U shaped locker, under one of the lockers is the keycard. turn off you light to see it better

Still not able to find. Another map I had the same issue, there was one location for keycard to spawn but I couldn't press interact button

There are 15 locations the keycard can spawn. Depending on where it spawns, you might have to crouch (and look at it) to get close enough to pick it up. And the reward isn't even that impressive unless you find the keycard at a low enough round lol.

I'm pretty sure you need it to get access to the elevator that takes you to the football field area, but correct me if I'm wrong.

One other possible location is in the locker room in the basement, when you enter the room it's on the right side just in the corner.

One other location is in front of the speed cola

There are 2 elevators.
The keycard is to open the elevator that only gives you a free raygun.
The main elevator that takes you to the football field does not need a keycard, it only requires the power to be on, and 500 points.
