In Records mode, the resolve skill doesn't have the extra new effects mentioned in the description/images, but does in Romance mode. Furthermore it appears the legendary version of it has less pop growth than the non legendary version in Records mode as well.

There is a bug that make Zhao Yun at some point have like 2k4 attack per minute, really appreciate if you fix that
