Castle Upgrades
A new Castle Steward has taken up residence in the Square Tower. It took a while to find a brave soul willing enough to accept the job, knowing that the first steward wound up in the belly of a dragon! Anyway, he should offer several castle upgrades to start with. If it works, I'll use him to push out more upgrades in the future.

Update: Oct 19 @ 2:24pm Options that should be available through the steward:

Royal Keep
- Add a children's bedroom

Square Tower
- Brighten both floors
- Add an enchanting station
- Add an alchemy station

Undercastle Armory
- Brighten the room
- Add weapons containers
- Add weapons plaques in the corners

More upgrades available form the Steward:

Royal Antechamber
- Add cooking pot
- Add storage containers
- Add supplies

Square Tower
- Add mannequins and weapon displays

Also added Decorating Guides, which are located in a new shelf in the Square Tower.

He does not start any conversation. Do I have to wait after upgrading, or could there be something wrong, or must I do something before starting the conversation?

More upgrades available for the Antechamber and Undercastle Hallways.

I completely reinstalled Skyrim, but he still has no dialog for me other than "Hey". Do you have an idea, what could prohibit the dialog? I have several other mods, but none of them has to do with the hearthfire options

FWzeK, I'm not sure. The mod doesn't require hearthfire. I packed the files manually in the last update to include the SEQ dialog quest file.

More upgrades are available through the Steward. Light & decorate the Jail, Barracks, Library, Dining Hall, and Temple Chamber. Minor change to the Steward's menu so all lighting options are in one list.

More upgrades are available through the Steward in the Square Tower. These include catacombs, mines, optional adventures, and slightly improved craftable dwarven items. Talk to the Steward in the square tower; catacombs are in the Arkay list, mines are in the Investment list, adventures are in the News list, and more lighting options are available in the Lighting list. The catacombs and mines are accessible from the Undercastle - Installment 5 of the Home Decorating Guide is available in the square tower.

More castle upgrades and minor quests are available. New options include building a shelter for children, rescuing orphans, adding bedrolls to the Royal Keep, adding a secret entrance directly to the Undercastle from outdoors, and more lighting options. Also made some minor changes, to be more compatible with Bluecreek Estate, and to change the destination of the Wizard tower teleport slightly to a cooler location.
