Hey, I know this is an old discussion, but I was having the same issue, I have since solved the problem and am writing this in case anyone wants a quick solution.

To create the effect of being 'zoomed in' the game lowers your FOV, mine was lowered from 100 to 80, so all you need to do is increase your FOV back to whatever you had it on. :)
