Gearless NPCs
The NPCs in the Sjel Blad castle all apear nude. I remember that when I had the mod a while back they all black armor, but that's disapeared now. I tried running the game without other mods, but it doesn't change that fact. Reinstalling the mod also doesn't fix it.

By default, the guards are set to "Custom Armor", which means they wear whatever you give them (via the customization chamber). Since you have not given them anything to wear, well...

Thanks, I'll look for it. But is that a new feature, because I remember when the mod first came out they all ♥♥♥♥♥ some black armor or dark robes (with vampiric faces)

Stand facing the dragon statue in the throne room the pull chain is on the base of it behind the braizer. activate the pullchain and the base around the dragon will have this purplish flame then get into the water and swim into the waterfall to get to the customization chamber. once in the chamber go to the far back of the chamber where the maniquins are and give the maniquins armor and weapons depending on the type of guard and done and there you can also have different guards too.
