It looks like its mostly content for a server. Might have some required materials in it though, at least that's all I can think off.

I'd suggest booting up the game with out the steel cicada stuff and see for yourself if it works.

I did it and mostly the faces are missing textures @trollbreeder
the clothes and helmets seem fine
