looks pretty good, except for one major issue.
the rules of tennogen state that you cannot edit the base model of the warframe apart from the helmet. for the most part the model looks untouched, however it looks like you split the cloak around his waist down the middle. i highly doubt this will get accepted because of that.

He don't have to split it in two, he can just make that part transparent. that way model will remain untouched and he will create disired effect

this is also not allowed, as you can see inside of the mesh from the side.
