You could have found out yourself in a fraction of the time by just reading the info box.

But why, exactly? Is it because you can't make dialoge for it?

he has got a point?

I've noticed that no follower mods with unique voice is marriageable. (Perhaps I've missed a few though.) So I think it frankly being impossible is the cause. Some romantic dialoge could be great for some people though.

Nope, there are quite a few follower mods you can marry, and it's far more simple than getting Inigo to react to you absorbing a Dragon soul for etc. My reasons for not wanting the player to marry Inigo are usually quite clear to anyone who has played with him for a while. It would fly in the face of who INIGO is at this stage, his story, and what I'm trying to achieve with this mod. He tells you this himself under the right conditions. Marriage in Skyrim is an arbitrary thing with zero emotion. If Inigo ever falls in love it will be slowly, hesitantly... and not necessarily to you.

Yeah I just found out. I recently got Interesting NPC's and found out many there are marriageable.

I'd rather marry an elk.

I also would have liked to marry him... But not because I could but because I genuinely enjoy this... fictional character's company while I play. I don't think I'd even love Skyrim half as much with out him... Is that weird?

Plus he's like the only NPC that actually recognized me.. in a sense..
He's happy that I'm "Khajiit like him!". X3
(( Tho unique dialog for mod armors would be kool, along the lines of:: "That is interesting armor! I've never seen anything like it before!" Tho I think he tells you you are "Very well dressed" sometimes, but it has little to do with the fact the armor is from a mod I think! XD
Kinda wish I could give him permission to join the theives guild after becoming the guild mater tho. Lol
Ooops got off track... ))

I hope, maybe once Inigo's main storyline (started in 2.0) is over, then there can be a small chance of romance. I'd like to see a series of one time dialougues that only if done correctly will unlock romance options. Inigo is very wary of such things, being what all has happened to him. I personally think one would need to be the right type of person, say the right things, and be patient in order to win his heart. (Difficulty level: getting the pastor's daughter to drink alcohol, swear, smoke weed AND have sex with you.) Just my two cents. Otherwise, I think smartblucat has done an amazing job making this mod. Inigo is always in my playthroughs, never %100 of the time but definately my go-to follower when I feel lonely. Honestly, I like Inigo more than my real life friends.

Yeah of course you are right but still, this is the only thing that misses here. See, I take Inigo everytime with me whenever or wherever I go. He is literally the only person I take somewhere with me because other follower are just in my way no matter who it is. I adopted 2 children and I mean it's just too cute when they talk with Inigo and everytime that happens I just think it would be perfect if he were my husband.
Obviously it's going to be slow, we're talking about Inigo here. I would say it should only be able to marry him after completing his main story and every side quest or whatever there is to do!

I can't say anything to the part that he won't necessarily love 'me' but I really genuinely like him (I would say he's my favorite character of Skyrim) and it would just make the game perfect for me and I'm sure for lots of other female Inigo-fans to cuz I'm sure all of them want to marry him :D

guess he's not into strong orc women, then?

I know this is a old thread, but after all this time, Inigo has came so far mod wise.

I'm playing a chaotic neutral female Argonian paladin, she's fiesty and doesn't take any one's sh-it, learning about inigo's past, personality and his future, and when inigo was unwell I never thought I'd feel sympathy for a npc. And now I want to romance inigo. End of story.
