While the initial style intrigued me, I do have to say that for Baruuk the helmet looks far too wide (and as others have stated previously, a bit too metallic in comparison to his body) to really fit him. I think, if you did more alterations to fix the metallic coloration and possibly added a bit more verticality to the helmet it would work nicely.

That being said, nice draft design! It's definitely different, and regardless of if it got added (altered or not), I would take this over the lampshade any day.
