for mercenaries like the afghanistan or vympels, you gotta pick a side, if it is with the blackwatchs, marines and SWAT then you use /IV04SetFaction FACTION_MILITARY

why cant you just say the faction in description, since the drgbase blackwatch army was deleted for some reason its really needed

The description is several years old and such a feature didn't exist at the time, the real question is why hasn't the description been updated with it, which is a good question actually...
