theres no working css textures in workshop and they weight all 8.695MB
valve doesnt want you to get textures for free

Its not that we like it. We are kinda forced to have it if we want to play 70% of games on gmod. If not, 70% of the games you play will be pretty trash and youll see a lot of "Bugs/ERRORs"
