Time rotor handbreak
hey matt , i know the time rotor handbreak is used for advanced mode only , but could you implement something that you can use for not advanced mode like actualy stopping the time rotor ? maybe you could do this for the rewrite aswell ? i think it would be a cool little thing to do like in smiths interior 2 it would stop the ring lights and the moving cirles above the time rotor , yunno if you get bored or something just decide to stop the time rotor. Thanks , maybe could you also do something to the long flight toggler , helmic regulator and keyboard aswell , im using the tardis right now and ive noticed those dont do anything either when not in advanced

It changes how the TARDIS flies in that, when it's active, you have to toggle the Throttle again for it to materialise.

The keyboard is required when you are setting a destination using the monitor

The typewriter is to set a co-ordinate destination, whereas the keyboard sets the destination for when you use the monitor to choose a destination instead.

the longflight toggle
It works without advanced mode active, as it functions independently of Advanced mode.

it doesnt you only press the vortex button you dont need the toggle
It seems a few things need clearing up here.

This is correct apart from the keyboard. The keyboard is only used in advanced flight after setting a destination, whether from the typewriter or the monitor.
Vortex Flight allows you to dematerialise without setting a destination.
The long flight toggle works in either mode I think. Hope this helps.

You don't need to use the keyboard for the typewriter, when setting a destination with it.

It does, but just not with Vortex flight, which is essentially long flight mode
