Maybe he didnt get a running animation or its a part of it because its a glitched model.

Tankman is right, it's supposed to be a glitched model, so it's gonna TPose as a run animation to show that it's broken.

I'ma add something to this even tho this is hella old. If you press R he will change into a different mode thus making him have a run animation but also when he is idle he looks like he's Muhammad Ali Shuffling without arms up
